I have been in Colorado on and off since age 3 (not a native, but close), when my parents settled into far north-eastern Aurora, Colorado. Shortly after my father retired from Lowry AFB, we stayed. Since I have been here most of my life, I have extensive knowledge of the Denver Metro Area, Eastern I-70 corridor, and Aurora Real Estate Market, which makes me an effective real estate agent. You must take into account the prevailing state of the real estate market and especially local market conditions. The real estate market continually changes, and market fluctuations affect property values. So it is critical to determine your listing price based on the most recent comparable sales in your neighborhood. Getting a Market Analysis (CMA) is a great starting point, and can be extrodinarily benifical.
First contact me to set a plan for what you want, and how we can get it, then get prequalified or preapproved. If you're prequalified it means that you potentially could get a loan for the amount stated to you. This is not as strong as a preapproval.
If you're preapproved, it means that you have undergone the extensive financial background check, and the lender is willing to give you a loan.
